Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to FenceTracer Studio, FenceTracer Worker, and related websites and services (together, the “Services”), operated by Next Aura Labs Inc. (“FenceTracer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for a company, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that company.

The Services are business tools for fence contractors and their authorized team members. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Workspace administrators control invitations, roles, and access to company information. The company using a workspace is responsible for its users, its instructions to them, and having the rights and permissions needed to enter or share its customer, employee, job, drawing, and pricing information through the Services.

Your company retains its rights to the information and materials it submits to the Services, including customer records, job details, drawings, quotes, and pricing (“Your Content”). You give us permission to host, store, transmit, and process Your Content as needed to provide, secure, and support the Services, and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not acquire ownership of Your Content.

You are responsible for keeping any copies or exports your business needs. Account cancellation and data handling are described in our Privacy Policy.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for your company's internal business operations while your account is active. You may not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with their operation, introduce malicious code, or use them in violation of law or another person's rights. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Services except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.

FenceTracer provides tools to help prepare fence drawings, material takeoffs, pricing, quotes, schedules, and tax calculations. Their results depend on information entered by your team and configured rules, rates, and tax settings. They are estimates and operational aids, not a site survey, engineering review, supplier confirmation, permit, or legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Review measurements, site conditions, quantities, material suitability, supplier prices, tax treatment, and customer-facing documents before relying on or sending them. Your company remains responsible for its quotes, contracts, installations, and compliance with requirements that apply to its work.

New company accounts currently include a 30-day free trial, and a payment card is not required to start the trial. If you choose a paid subscription, the monthly price and billing currency will be shown at checkout. Current public pricing is $180 CAD per month for Canadian accounts and $129 USD per month for US accounts, for the company workspace rather than per user. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing settings in FenceTracer Studio. Cancellation prevents future renewal; access and any fees already paid are handled as shown in your billing settings and as required by law. We may change prices for future billing periods. If a change affects your subscription, we will notify the workspace administrator in advance and the change will apply no earlier than the next billing period. Any separate written pricing commitment we have made to your company remains in effect according to its terms and controls over this section to the extent of a conflict.

We may update or change features as the Services develop. We work to keep the Services available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some features depend on internet access, mobile devices, app stores, and third-party services that we do not control. App availability can vary by country and storefront.

You may stop using the Services and cancel a paid subscription at any time through billing settings. We may suspend access if needed to protect the Services or users, address a security issue, comply with law, or respond to a material breach of these Terms. When an account ends, access to the Services may stop, and we handle Your Content under the Privacy Policy and any applicable written agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that calculations, tax settings, or other outputs will be complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular job, or that the Services will always be available. You must review outputs before using them for business decisions or sharing them with customers.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from these Terms or the Services. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Services or these Terms is limited to the fees your company paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not permit them.

We may update these Terms as the Services or legal requirements change. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for a material change, provide notice by email or in the Services where appropriate. Changes apply from the date stated in the updated Terms. If you continue using the Services after that date, you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services and cancel any subscription.
