Delete your Next Aura Worker account
This is the official account deletion page for Next Aura Worker (com.fencetracer.worker), an Android app published on Google Play by Next Aura Labs Inc.
Next Aura Worker works with your company’s FenceTracer workspace. This page explains how to request deletion of your app account and the data associated with it, including data used by Next Aura Worker.
Delete from settings
Workspace admins can delete the company account directly from FenceTracer Studio, the workspace used by Next Aura Worker:
- Sign in to FenceTracer Studio.
- Open Team Settings and scroll to Danger zone.
- Choose Delete Account and type your workspace name to confirm permanent deletion.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the account or are not a workspace admin, email support and we’ll help verify and complete the request.
- Email [email protected] from the email address on your Next Aura Worker or FenceTracer account.
- Use the subject line “Delete my Next Aura Worker account”.
- Include your account email and company name so we can locate the correct tenant.
- We’ll confirm receipt within one business day and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When you request account deletion, Next Aura Labs Inc. removes the following Next Aura Worker and FenceTracer data from our production systems:
- Your user profile (name, email, hashed password, role)
- Your company tenant and all business data we store on your behalf: customers, quotes, drawings, pricing profiles, fence rule sets, and audit events
- Next Aura Worker app data tied to your account: assigned jobs, status updates, and any uploaded photos
- Email delivery logs tied to your account
- Session tokens and authentication records
What we may retain, and for how long
A small amount of data is retained for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes:
- Billing & tax records (invoices, Stripe transaction metadata): retained for up to 7 years as required by Canadian tax and accounting law.
- Encrypted backups may contain residual copies of your data for up to 30 days after deletion, after which they are overwritten on rotation.
- Anonymized analytics (no personal identifiers) may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.
Partial deletion
If you want to remove specific data without closing your Next Aura Worker account (such as a single customer record or a quote), you can delete those items yourself from FenceTracer Studio, or email [email protected] and we’ll help.
