Pricing questions
Is the 30-day trial really free?
Yes. No credit card required to start. The trial gives you the full platform — drawing, takeoff, quoting, customer approvals, scheduling, fleet, Live Crew, and the worker app — free for 30 days. All your projects and settings carry forward if you subscribe, whichever plan you pick.
What does it cost after the trial?
Solo is $59 CAD per month for Canadian accounts or $45 USD for US accounts. Company — the full platform with unlimited users — is $180 CAD or $129 USD per month. Annual billing takes 25% off either plan (3 months free). There are no setup fees or quote limits.
What is founding-member pricing?
The first 25 companies to start a paid Company subscription lock in $99 CAD / $75 USD per month for as long as they stay subscribed. It applies to monthly billing only, and the rate never goes up while the subscription stays active.
Do you charge per user?
On the Company plan, no — one price covers everyone: office staff, estimators, crew leads, and installers on the worker app. The Solo plan includes 2 seats for the owner and one office user.
What happens if Solo runs out of room?
Upgrade to Company from Settings → Billing whenever you need a third seat, the worker app, or fleet tools. Your quotes, customers, and catalogue carry over — nothing is rebuilt.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees on monthly billing. If you cancel, we delete or anonymize your account data within 30 days, except where we must keep it for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account data.
I'm in the US — do you bill in USD?
Yes. US companies are billed in US dollars; Canadian companies are billed in Canadian dollars. You choose your billing currency at checkout — every plan is offered in both.
Can my US crew use the Worker app on iPhone?
FenceTracer Worker is available on the App Store and Google Play in the US and Canada, and is included on the Company plan. US crews with iPhones can also open Worker in a mobile browser at worker.fencetracer.com.
